Individual Counseling
Counseling for one individual to work through personal concerns. While the individual client may want to bring in a family member or partner on occasion, the majority of services are provided to one person. The treatment method utilized by the clinician will be specialized to the client’s reported concerns and identified goals in treatment.
Family Counseling
Family therapy is provided to a group of individuals who identify as family members. Family therapy can have as few as 2 participants. The focus of family therapy is generally to improve the functioning and dynamics of the family system. Family therapy may be provided to families going through divorce or learning to co-parent.
Couples Counseling
Couples therapy is provided to any individuals who identify as being in a partnership. This is including, but not limited to, dating couples, married couples, LGBTQ+ couples, and polyamorous or non-manogomous relationships.
